Last friday Jefford, Richie and I went to check out Bryan Espiritu‘s first solo art exhibition at 99 Sudbury. I was pretty stoked for this show, because I am a huge fan of Bryan’s work. I’ve been keeping an eye on everything he’s done the last couple of years and whether it’s IDEALL, TheLegendsLeague, Fully Wholly, he never ceases to amaze me with his designs. It was wonderful being at the venue seeing all 56 hand inked canvas, seeing all the hard work he’s put in. It was pretty incredible seeing literally hundreds of people packed inside 99 Sudbury admiring and showing support to one of Toronto’s greats.

Jefford introduced “Pale Blue Dot” by Carl Sagan to me when we were in a meeting about darkmatters. It’s very inspirational stuff. I can’t believe it was my first time seeing it and it made me want to work, to get darkmatters back up off the ground.
